The dedicated coaching team at SCRIPT is led by Sarah Corrigan, the Founder and Head Coach. With nearly 10 years of experience in the industry, Sarah has helped numerous clients achieve their health and fitness goals. She focuses on building strength and functional fitness through her tailored coaching approach.
Bella Liddle, a highly qualified coach with a passion for fitness and gymnastics, is also part of the coaching team. Holding certifications in fitness, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, and Pre & Post Natal training, Bella provides members with expert guidance in exercise science and the principles of strength and conditioning.
Vinnie Marando, another dedicated coach at SCRIPT, has a special interest in first responder preparation. As a CrossFit Level 1 qualified coach, Vinnie has a comprehensive understanding of functional fitness and the CrossFit methodology.
