Our team of experts is educated and personable, ensuring that you receive the highest level of care. All our staff members have completed an undergraduate degree or equivalent, and they consider various factors when designing programmes for individuals and groups. We take into account psychology, biomechanics, physiology, lifestyle, rehabilitation, injury prevention, posture, movement efficiency, and sport-specific training to ensure your training is effective and tailored to your needs.
Directors Joseph Agresta and Kieran Maguire are highly experienced and hold certifications such as ASCA Level 2 and Masters in Strength and Conditioning, respectively. Alongside them is Jacob Lawrence, our Senior Exercise Physiologist, who brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

Our services include group fitness classes, semi-private and personal training sessions, and an elite programme for athletes looking to maximise their performance. We also provide a performance rehab programme, physiotherapy services, and exercise physiology to support your recovery and rehabilitation needs.
