As a Personal Trainer, I specialise in resistance training, nutrition, digestion, sleep, and hormonal balance. I believe that looking at the person as a whole being is essential in addressing any issues they may be facing. Whether you're a beginner or have been on a fitness journey for a while, I can create a programme that suits your fitness level and goals.
I am a qualified Personal Trainer Level 3 Diploma and have additional qualifications in Metabolic Resistance Circuit Training, Studio Cycling, Advanced Nutrition, and Gym-Based Boxing. I am also a qualified Leader in Running Fitness, where I help lead a local running group and encourage beginners to reach their potential.
In addition to my qualifications, I have attended various seminars, lectures, and tutorials to further enhance my knowledge and expertise. I have completed a Resistance Training Specialist programme, a Biomechanics Education programme, and an M10 Mentorship programme. I am also currently studying for Life Coaching, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and Hypnotherapy diplomas.
But how did I get here? I started off working in the insurance industry but quickly realised my passion for helping others. After working with behaviourally challenging children in a Pupil Referral Unit, I discovered my love for teaching, learning, and understanding people. It was during this time that my friends encouraged me to become a Personal Trainer, and I haven't looked back since.
I pride myself on being an educator, a listener, and a trainer. My clients often refer to their sessions with me as their “cheap therapy” because I not only help them get fit but also provide support and guidance in all areas of their lives.
