I teach weekly yoga classes, monthly yoga workshops, and beginners yoga courses, and I also offer private one-to-one yoga and corporate yoga. You’ll find a range of yoga styles including ashtanga yoga.

Where do you teach and can I join online?

In person group yoga is mostly in East London, including Docklands/The Isle of Dogs near Canary Wharf, Hackney, and Bethnal Green. I also offer private one-to-one yoga at small spaces in E14, Hackney E8, and Bethnal Green E2, as well as via Zoom.

With over 16 years of teaching experience, I have honed my skills and developed a deep understanding of various styles of yoga, including ashtanga, hatha, vinyasa, yin, restorative, and more. This diverse background allows me to cater to the individual needs and preferences of my students, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and supported in their practise.

As a Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals, I am committed to maintaining the highest standards of teaching and continually expanding my knowledge. I have completed numerous certifications and training courses, including Yin Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation with renowned teacher Sarah Powers, Birthlight Pre-and Post-Natal Yoga Level 2 certification, and YogaCampus teacher training in Yoga, Mindfulness, and Compassion for Anxiety and Depression.

I am also passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with corporate clients and offer Corporate Yoga sessions in the workplace. Recognising the unique challenges faced by office professionals, I tailor these sessions to address stress, burnout, and chronic fatigue syndrome, helping individuals find balance and resilience amidst their demanding schedules.

In addition to group classes and corporate sessions, I offer private one-to-one yoga classes in the comfort of your own home or at select locations in E14 and Bethnal Green. These personalised sessions are ideal for individuals who prefer a more intimate and focused experience, allowing them to deepen their practise at their own pace.

In all my classes and workshops, my main goal is to make yoga accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
