Sara Bylo Yoga, located in Surrey, offers a comprehensive yoga program for individuals of all ages and abilities. The instructor, Sara Bylo, has a personal connection to yoga as it has transformed her own life by providing ease and stability where it was previously lacking. With over a decade of experience in teaching yoga, Sara focuses on teaching to learn, rather than teaching to teach.
Sara offers a variety of classes including private, online, corporate, university, and in-studio sessions. She has previously provided classes for Surrey City Hall and Simon Fraser University, and currently teaches classes in Cloverdale for the City of Surrey Parks and Recreation. Sara's classes are known for being inclusive, lighthearted, and playful, with a special emphasis on developing safe inner-core strength and stability.
Drawing from trauma-informed yoga practices, Sara creates a safe and encouraging space for participants to honour their bodies and minds exactly as they are. She provides options and choices in each class to cater to individual needs and preferences. In addition to yoga classes, Sara enjoys exploring her community with her family and dogs when she is not on the mat.
Sara's qualifications include a 200 Hour YTT Yoga Alliance Certificate, Yoga Outreach Trauma Informed Training, Core Confidence Post-Partum/Pre-Natal Certification, and FitFlow Yoga Training Levels 1 & 2, and Fitness Theory certification. Her commitment to ongoing learning and development ensures that her classes are informed by the latest practices and techniques in yoga instruction.
