Cathy has ensured there's something for everyone at Sapphire. The Little Stars programme gives children aged 18 months to 3 years a fun introduction to gymnastics. The Diamonds programme continues this journey for kids aged 3 up to primary school age, focusing on basic skills and confidence. For older children, the General Gym programme builds skills and fitness.
For homeschooling families, the Home Ed Gym offers a structured curriculum. Adults aren't left out either, with pay-as-you-go sessions available. Those with exceptional talent can aim for the Elite Gymnastics programme, though it's by invitation only.
