Are you the owner of Santana Yoga?

Santana Yoga, located in Bristol, is a serene and welcoming yoga studio that aims to create happy bodies and joyful minds. With limited classes running in the summer, Santana Yoga encourages potential students to get in touch to inquire about class availability.
The studio is led by Marianna, a passionate and experienced yoga teacher who discovered yoga in 2003 as a way to find peace and relaxation in her fast-paced life. In order to deepen her practise, Marianna completed a 200-hour Himalayan Hatha Yoga Teacher Training with Yogi Ashokanda School in London Centre and India Ashram. Becoming a yoga teacher was a rewarding and life-changing experience for Marianna, and she feels privileged to share her knowledge with her students.
At Santana Yoga, classes are designed to increase flexibility, strength, and mindfulness and are suitable for practitioners of all levels, from beginners to the more experienced. The style of yoga taught synchronises breath with continuous movement between postures, creating a strong yet supportive practise. Special sequencing is used to cleanse and revitalise the entire body.
Marianna prides herself on being energetic, friendly, and committed to helping her students improve their wellness, nourish their bodies, find joy in their hearts, build confidence, embrace freedom, and have fun.
Yoga is a holistic practise that focuses on the mind-body connexion. It incorporates breathing exercises, concentration skills, and the ability to stay present in the moment. Originating in India thousands of years ago, yoga is practised globally today. It helps to maintain physical, mental, and emotional health and can be practised at any age and physical condition.
In yoga, there is no concept of competition with others, as practitioners can move at their own pace.
Himalayan Hatha Yoga, one of the forms of yoga taught at Santana Yoga, was founded and taught by Yogi Ashokananda. This form of yoga is based on traditional principles and addresses every system in the body and mind. It is a strong and supportive practise that leaves students feeling cleansed and revitalised.
Santana Yoga offers a variety of classes throughout the week to cater to different schedules. Classes include a slow-paced flow with a focus on stretching, muscle toning, and relaxation. These sessions encourage practitioners to tune into their body through mindful movement, awareness, and breath. Classes are open to all levels of practitioners.
For pricing, Santana Yoga offers a monthly booking option at 9 per class, with the ability to swap sessions within the same month based on availability. There is also a “pay as you go” option available at 10 per class, with limited availability. Private sessions are offered at 35 per hour with details available upon request.
