In my Vinyasa classes, I focus on flowing sequences that synchronise movement with breath. This dynamic style of yoga helps to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. I guide students through a series of asanas (poses) that promote balance, coordination, and core stability. Each class is designed to challenge and inspire students, while also providing an opportunity for relaxation and release.
In my Hatha classes, I emphasise the importance of holding poses to develop strength, stability, and alignment. I encourage students to cultivate a sense of mindfulness and connexion to their breath as they move through a series of asanas. Hatha yoga is a slower-paced practise that allows for deeper exploration and refinement of each posture. It is suitable for all levels, as modifications and variations are offered to accommodate individual needs.
Aside from yoga, I also offer a range of holistic massage therapies. As a qualified massage therapist, I provide Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Aromatherapy massages. Each session is tailored to the individual, using specific oils and techniques to address their unique needs. Whether the goal is relaxation and stress relief or invigoration and rejuvenation, I strive to create a nurturing and therapeutic experience.
Additionally, I am Reiki attuned and offer energy healing sessions to promote emotional and physical well-being. Reiki is a Japanese technique that encourages the flow of universal life energy throughout the body, promoting relaxation, balance, and healing. I also incorporate Crystal Healing into my sessions, utilising the powerful energy of crystals to support the body's natural healing processes.
I am a VTCT level 3 qualified Massage Therapist and certified and registered with Yoga Alliance and the Guild of Holistic Therapists. Furthermore, I am committed to continuing my education and professional development to provide the highest quality of care for my clients.
