Welcome to Sally Adams Danceworks, a renowned dance school located in Ringwood, Hampshire. Established in 1984, Sally Adams Danceworks is one of the oldest and most respected dance schools in the area.

At Sally Adams Danceworks, we offer a wide range of fun and exciting dance classes for both children and adults. Our classes include Disco Freestyle, Street Dance, Rock 'n' Roll, Ballroom, Latin, and Salsa. We also offer special “3 genre” classes, which combine Street Dance, Freestyle Disco, and Rock 'n' Roll for all ages. Additionally, we participate in dance competitions and medallist events, with our students consistently achieving national finalist status.

All our teachers at Sally Adams Danceworks are fully qualified and DBS checked. They work alongside Principal Sally Adams to provide a fun and enjoyable dance experience while maintaining a strong focus on technique. We believe in creating a supportive and inclusive environment where dancers can thrive and express themselves.

In addition to our regular classes, we also offer private lessons. These include First Wedding Dances, perfect for couples looking to make their special day even more memorable.
