Ofrecemos cursos de meditación, talleres y programas gratuitos y abiertos para todo público. En las reuniones semanales puedes experimentar la meditación y aprender cómo meditar en casa.
Las sesiones se basan en la meditación, así que no se realizan posturas físicas ni ejercicios. Solo acude limpio y usa ropa cómoda; no se requieren accesorios especiales.
Puedes participar en los cursos y programas disponibles para el público en general, con el apoyo de las clases y reuniones semanales. También hay un curso gratuito de meditación de 21 días.
