Hello everyone in our sports community,
Connor McLeod wants to share an exciting opportunity right here in Victoria. Connor, who many of you know, has worked tirelessly to create Sage Yoga, a space where everyone—regardless of background—can come together to practise and enjoy yoga.
At Sage Yoga, you’ll find a variety of classes to suit different skill levels and preferences. Whether you prefer a gentle flow or a more dynamic practice, there’s a class for you. And in true community spirit, the studio offers sliding scale pricing, making yoga accessible to all.
Connor, who is the founder and lead instructor, isn’t just passionate about yoga. He’s an artist and a medieval studies enthusiast too, bringing a unique perspective to his teachings. His classes focus on countering the stress and inactivity that many of us face daily, helping students find peace and balance in their lives.
Classes are held at St George's Church and the UVic Multifaith Centre, both providing a calm and inviting atmosphere for your practice. No matter if you’ve been practising yoga for years or are just starting, Sage Yoga is ready to welcome you.
