Completing the Level 2 course opens up opportunities for boating abroad. With the RYA ICC qualification, which you can apply for after completing the course, you can helm a boat of up to 10m in length in many countries outside the UK. The course is open to anyone over 12 years old, with under 16s requiring the accompaniment of a parent or guardian.
