Run Club

Run Club in Cremorne runs structured training classes aimed at improving running speed, strength, endurance and overall health. The program suits run/walkers through to elite runners, with trainers guiding sessions and offering encouragement. You can monitor progress by building greater speeds and distances over time, in a safe, friendly and supportive setting suited to Melbourne's weather. Reformer Pilates classes are also offered in the same studio to complement running.
