RuggerEds also emphasises the importance of healthy eating and an active lifestyle, promoting overall wellbeing in addition to rugby skills. They offer school sessions at Dobcroft Juniors, Greystones Primary, Hill House Prep, Lydgate Juniors, and Mylnhurst Prep, providing opportunities for children to engage in rugby within a school setting.

In addition to regular sessions and school programmes, RuggerEds also organises holiday camps during Christmas, providing a fun and active environment for children during school breaks. These camps are held at High Storrs School and offer children the opportunity to further develop their rugby skills while enjoying the holiday season.
