The programme emphasises the fundamental ABCs of physical activity – Agility, Balance, and Coordination – while also fostering important social skills such as listening, teamwork, and following instructions.

All of Rugby Nippers' coaches are fully qualified, first aid trained, and experienced in working with young children. Each class is carefully designed to help children learn to work as a team, make new friends, and develop new skills throughout the course. Starting at 2 years old gives children a head start in the sport, which is crucial for establishing a lifelong enjoyment of the game or even a potential career in rugby.

In addition to regular classes, Rugby Nippers also offers exciting rugby parties for birthdays and special occasions.
