R U Fit is also proud to be a MyZone facility. MyZone is an award-winning wearable heart rate and tracking device that allows us to push you to your limits while keeping you motivated. With easy-to-read heart rate zones, you can see the effort you are putting in with each exercise. It's an effective and reliable way to record your progress and stay motivated with your daily fitness programme.

You can even use it to challenge your friends and stay connected from afar.

We have recently added new equipment to our facility to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. In addition to boxing and cardio, we now have a squat rack for building lower and upper body strength. You can test out the squat rack during our R U Strong sessions. We have also added a Freer Run Treadmill with sled mode to increase your speed and power.

The Free Run Treadmill has no speed limit, so you can push yourself to the max during our group sessions.
