Located just 10 minutes away from both Junction 32 and 34 of the M4, the gym is easily accessible. The main training centre is situated at Unit 15 Taff Business Centre, while the dance studio is located at Unit 1 Taff Business Centre in Treforest, RCT. Both facilities are open from 4pm daily and provide a safe and welcoming environment for athletes and performers to train and express themselves.
