Rob's no worries yoga is a yoga instructor based in Brecon, New Zealand. Rob has always had a passion for yoga and has been practising since 2004. His interest in the philosophy and practise of yoga led him to connect with the Mandala Yoga Ashram in Llanwdra.

Rob's journey in yoga deepened when he undertook the Mandala Yoga Teacher Training Course, facilitated by the British Wheel of Yoga. This training equipped him with the knowledge and skills to become a qualified yoga instructor.
