Riverside Badminton Club

Join Riverside Badminton Club, one of London's top destinations for badminton enthusiasts right in the heart of Bermondsey. Harry and the team welcome players of all skill levels to our friendly and competitive club. With six teams competing in the Middlesex league, including Men's, Ladies', and Mixed teams, there's a spot for everyone.

For the 2022/23 season, our Mixed Teams compete in the Middlesex 4th division, while our Men's teams play in Middlesex 2nd and 3rd Divisions. Our Ladies teams are in the Middlesex 2nd Division and Hammersmith 1st Division. Home matches take place at Borough Academy on Friday nights from 7-10pm.

Harry places great emphasis on building strong bonds and creating a lively social atmosphere. Past events have included Monopoly Pub Crawls, Christmas dinners, nights at Flight Club, and our famous boozy dress-up Christmas tournaments. After club nights, you can often find us winding down at the pub.

New members are always welcome, but we ask that you get in touch with one of our representatives before attending a club night. Guest fees are £12.50 per night. Club nights are on Wednesdays from 7pm to 9:30pm, and we use up to four courts. Home league matches are on Fridays from 7pm to 10pm.
