This event aims to bring members together and enhance their sailing skills using classic small yachts called Mermaids. The cost per person is reasonable, and expressions of interest can be submitted to Finbarr via the LSYC WhatsApp Group.

Furthermore, the Law Society Yacht Club annually competes against the Bar Yacht Club in an exciting sailing match. This tradition dates back to the mid-1950s, and since 2016, the match has taken place at Seaview Yacht Club using Mermaids. The competition has seen fierce but friendly rivalry over the years, with both clubs achieving a fair share of victories.
