Pilates sessions can be purchased for 300. Each session is one hour long. EquiPilates sessions are also available and are tailored specifically to the needs of riders. These sessions cost 50 per hour.

Sally Reid, a Chartered Physiotherapist, runs the clinic with the aim of providing bespoke exercise programmes based on postural assessment and evidence-based screening tests. The clinic focuses on improving rider strength and symmetry, ultimately enhancing the communication and performance between horse and rider.

The clinic offers Physiotherapy services, including injury diagnosis, treatment, management, and advice. With extensive experience and expertise, Sally Reid ensures accurate diagnosis of injuries and provides effective treatment plans to aid recovery.

EquiPilates, a unique system developed for riders, utilises Pilates principles to improve balance, posture, and overall effectiveness in the saddle. By focusing on specific muscle groups and body control, riders can enhance their communication with the horse, resulting in better performances.

Intrinsic Biomechanics Screening is another service offered at Rider Rehab. This series of examinations identifies how the body moves during specific movements and assesses joints, muscles, and nerves individually. With this knowledge, areas at risk of injury can be pinpointed, and tailored exercises can be prescribed to improve movement and function.

Sports Pilates is also available at the clinic, aiding in the recovery and rehabilitation of sporting injuries. The Pilates principles address issues such as symmetry, alignment, joint stability, and strength, making it a valuable tool in the recovery process.

Rider Assessment Clinics are held regularly at the Happy Hooves Riding Centre in Penrith. These clinics are jointly run by Sally Reid and Dannii Little, an accredited riding instructor and dressage judge. During these clinics, riders receive a detailed analysis of their performance and feedback to improve their skills. Charges for services at Rider Rehab vary. For Intrinsic Biomechanical (IB) screening, a series of three sessions is recommended, with the first session consisting of a total body screen to identify problem areas and prescribe preparatory exercises. Subsequent sessions focus on rescreening and progressing exercises accordingly. The total cost for these three sessions is 165.

Pilates sessions can be purchased individually or as part of a series. An initial consultation lasts at least one and a half hours and costs 65. A series of six one-hour sessions can be purchased for 300.
