Richlife Whistler offers a variety of classes including Muay Thai, which involves a warm-up session, main session focusing on pad work, touch sparring for practice, and a cool down to aid in recovery. The program also includes the RL Classic class, which involves compound lifts using barbells to increase strength, mental fitness training for high-intensity workouts, and a circuit-style session that incorporates lifting, core work, and mobility exercises.
The program is suitable for all fitness levels and offers 4-week rolling programs at both the Richlife gym in Pemberton and the Westin Hotel in Whistler.
