Varrie's passion for yoga began in 2009 when she was living in the busy city of London. As someone who was never drawn to intense exercise, yoga offered her more than just physical movement. Intrigued by the practise, Varrie delved deeper into the world of yoga and eventually pursued her yoga teacher training in Glasgow. Her training was a transformative experience, and she knew that she had found her life's work.
Since completing her yoga teacher training, Varrie has continued to expand her knowledge and skills through various trainings, including Pre and Post Natal Training and Rainbow Kids Yoga Training. Additionally, she has received further training in hands-on adjustments in yoga. Varrie's passion, gratitude, and joy for sharing yoga radiate through her classes.

Whether you are looking for a regular weekly class, specialised pre or postnatal yoga, or the opportunity to immerse yourself in a retreat, there is something for everyone.
