You can train in a fully equipped large open gym area, join large group training classes, or opt for personal training and semi-private training. You also offer nutrition coaching, Fit 3D body scanning, and specialised training equipment and areas like Hyrox, Tryka, and the Deadly Dozen setup.

Where and how can I try you out?

You are invited to start with a Day Pass, then upgrade within 7 days of your visit to membership. A 7 day free trial is also available, and you can message or use WhatsApp to get in touch.

How do membership and Day Pass upgrades work?

If you purchase a Day Pass, you can upgrade to membership within 7 days and the full Day Pass value will be deducted from your first 28-day payment. One redemption per person applies, it cannot be used with other offers, and standard membership terms apply.
