

RELAXATION YOGA SELF CARE PROGRAM is a nurturing yoga studio located in Brigus Junction, dedicated to supporting health, healthy aging, and stress and tension release through beginner-friendly classes. The studio offers mindfulness, Hatha and Yin yoga, Pilates, and somatic movement practices. These classes are designed to support mental, physical, and energetic health, both live online via Zoom and in-person in St. John's and Brigus Junction, NL.
The founder and lead instructor, Rita Lester, believes in the practice of feeling good and strengthening through regular practice. The classes are designed to help individuals only do what is right for them, promoting a sense of empowerment and self-care. Rita is always available for a chat or to answer any questions about the classes.
The studio offers a variety of classes, including Cozy Thursday Evening Yoga and Monday Morning Cardio Workout sessions. The 12-week convenient live online Winter session allows participants to join from the comfort of their own homes. All yoga classes are recorded and added to the membership page for viewing throughout the session.
To register for classes, participants can simply e-transfer to Rita. The studio also provides a live online class checklist and a liability waiver agreement to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. Classes are not substitutes for medical attention, so participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and seek medical advice if needed.
In addition to regular classes, RELAXATION YOGA SELF CARE PROGRAM also offers personalized classes scheduled upon request. Participants are encouraged to dress in comfortable clothing and bring a hoodie with extra-long sleeves for added comfort during practice.
