While previous knowledge in anatomy and teaching experience is beneficial, it is not required to join this course. Graduates of Flowing Body Pilates have gone on to achieve great success in their teaching careers, and completing this program will equip you to teach reformer Pilates at commercial studios. Limited teaching opportunities are also available to help you gain valuable experience in the field.

The 6-week program comes at a cost of £3000 VAT, with payment options available in full or through a 3-month instalment plan.
