They are faster paced and more challenging than beginner classes, offering a greater intensity and a chance to build strength and flexibility. Advanced: These classes are intended for experienced Pilates practitioners who are comfortable with a high-intensity workout.

The focus is on advanced moves and flowing sequences that require a strong foundation and excellent control.
