This event offers a well-rounded yoga practice that helps you transition from “doing” to “being” mode. Through a guided meditation, you'll have the opportunity to explore different aspects of yourself, some pleasant and others not, but always rewarding. The yoga nidra session allows your conscious mind to rest and open up to new experiences.
To participate in this online practice, all you need is a yoga mat (although not essential), a pen and paper, a blanket, and anything else that can make you feel extra comfortable.
