In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, Redzed Pilates has implemented several measures to ensure the safety of clients. Sessions are 50 minutes long to allow for thorough cleaning of equipment and high touch surfaces between clients. Non-slip footwear is a workplace health and safety requirement, and clients are required to wash their hands before and after sessions. Bringing a freshly laundered towel for a headrest and wearing grip socks are also encouraged.
Clients are asked to wait outside the studio until the person before them exits, and payments should be made via bank transfer prior to the session. If clients experience any COVID-19 symptoms, especially fever or cough, they are advised to notify the instructor and refrain from attending the session.
Redzed Pilates is dedicated to working alongside clients to achieve their movement goals, whether it be sports recovery, balance, strength and flexibility, improved posture, functional movement, pre and postnatal recovery, general toning, or competitive fitness.
