Megan - “I've been a personal trainer for over five years, and I'm also a qualified nutritionist. I believe in taking a holistic approach to health and fitness, focusing on both physical and mental well-being. I enjoy teaching classes and helping people discover the joy of movement.
Redhills Barn Fitness is not your average gym. It's a welcoming and inclusive space for individuals who may not feel comfortable in a traditional gym environment. Located at the Penrith & Farmers District Auction Mart in Skirsgill, our new venue offers three times the space, more equipment, and extended gym hours from 6:30am to 9:30pm.
Membership is currently full, but we have a waiting list for those interested. With a monthly membership fee of 52. 50, you gain access to our private gym where you can do your own workouts or follow pre-programmed workouts available on our app. Say goodbye to the stress of planning your workout and focus on getting stronger, fitter, and more able.
In addition to our gym, we offer a range of exercise classes for all fitness levels. Join our group classes on a drop-in basis without requiring a membership. Our offerings include Strength & Conditioning, a challenging class that incorporates kettlebells, dumbbells, cardio equipment, and bodyweight exercises. Stretch & Flow is a yoga-inspired class that focuses on improving mobility and flexibility.
Barbell Circuits is a full-body circuit class that uses light barbells, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises. And if you're looking for something different, join our Box Hiit class for a boxing-inspired workout that will get your heart rate up and leave you sweating.
At Redhills Barn Fitness, we believe in continuous learning and growth. That's why we offer workshops and events throughout the year. From Gelt Gladiator to Handstand Workshops, we provide opportunities for you to learn new skills, challenge yourself, and have fun.
