At Redcar and Cleveland Weightlifting, situated in Saltburn-by-the-Sea, Alan and his team have created a high-energy gym specialising in CrossFit. The workouts here are varied and intense, meaning you’ll combine weightlifting, cardio, gymnastics, and functional movements for a complete fitness boost.
Each day's Workout of the Day (WOD) at Redcar and Cleveland Weightlifting is designed to enhance your overall fitness and practical strength. From weightlifting to running, jumping to rowing, and bodyweight exercises, you'll gain strength that helps you in everyday life.

Classes are 1 hour long, with a maximum of 16 people, and led by dedicated coaches focused solely on guiding you. You’ll have access to a private workout app and a Facebook group for motivation and social activities.
Plus, Alan’s team organises everything, so you just walk in and enjoy your workouts. They even have health and fitness seminars covering nutrition, women's health, gymnastics, and weightlifting to boost your journey further.
Family-friendly, there's a seating area for well-behaved children while parents work out, making it easy to prioritise your fitness.
Located at 10 Watness Ave, Skelton-in-Cleveland, Saltburn-by-the-Sea TS12 2LQ, the gym is open from 6am-12pm and 4pm-8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am-12pm on weekends.
