Before transferring to UC Davis where she completed her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Biology. Following this, she completed her Masters in Physiotherapy in the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.
Lauren has a passion for helping people recover from injuries and get back to doing the things they love. She has a special interest in sports injuries, orthopaedic conditions, and post-operative rehab. Lauren takes a hands-on approach to treatment, using manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription to help her clients achieve their goals.
In addition to her physiotherapy qualifications, Lauren is also a certified Pilates instructor. She incorporates Pilates-based exercises into her treatment plans to help improve strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness.
