One of our main offerings is Vinyasa Flow yoga, a style derived from Hatha yoga. In Vinyasa Flow, the asanas, or postures, are linked together in a series of movements that are synchronised with the breath. This creates a fluid and dynamic practise that not only challenges the body but also promotes mental clarity and relaxation. Regular practise of Vinyasa Flow can improve muscle strength, endurance, flexibility, and reduce stress levels.

For those who prefer a slower pace, we also offer Slow Flow Yoga. This class incorporates the principles of Vinyasa Flow but at a more relaxed and chilled pace. It is perfect for beginners or experienced yogis looking for a calming and rejuvenating practise.

In addition to yoga classes, we also host workshops that delve deeper into various topics related to yoga. These workshops are 90 minutes to 2 hours long and cover areas such as beginner's yoga, meditation, chakras, partner work, and more in-depth yoga philosophy and poses. They provide an opportunity for individuals to expand their knowledge and deepen their practise.

Our studio is equipped with mirrors to aid in proper alignment, and our instructors provide clear and detailed instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
