Dan, a Level 3 personal trainer, has been in the gym industry for 17 years. He enjoys the opportunity to have a positive impact on individuals both physically and socially. With a recently completed degree in psychology, psychotherapy, and counselling, Dan hopes to incorporate mental health aspects into his training to further support individuals both now and in the future.

Eric, also a Level 3 personal trainer, brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Real Life Health and Fitness. With a first-class degree in Sports and Exercise Science, he specialises in strength and conditioning. Eric has over eight years of personal training experience and is passionate about helping individuals become fitter, faster, and stronger. He has teamed up with Tyler to create the Real Life Academy, offering fully accredited personal training qualifications.

Sam, another Level 3 personal trainer, aims to help people look, feel, and perform at their best. With six years of experience as a personal trainer, Sam is dedicated to simplifying the complicated aspects of the fitness industry, making it easier for individuals to understand. Having gone through his own transformation, Sam understands the value of it and wants to help others experience the same.
