Alternatively, newcomers can opt for a three-lesson trial to experience the regular Thursday class.
The club follows the teachings of Morihei Ueshiba, or O Sensei, who founded Aikido. It embraces Iwama Aikido, the style taught by O Sensei in Iwama. David also mentions Sensei Tony Sargeant, the head of the organisation, who brings over 40 years of Aikido training and a wealth of experience from his extensive travels.
