Reach Yoga is a community-based yoga studio and meditation instructor located in Don Mills, offering a space for individuals to come together and focus on their physical, emotional, and mental wellness. Founded by Cathy Mines, the Director of Wellness, Reach Yoga prides itself on being an inclusive community of like-hearted individuals who are committed to love, compassion, and personal growth.

At Reach Yoga, there is a variety of classes for all levels, both in-person and virtual, allowing individuals to choose the practice that best suits their needs. From gentle strengthening and stretching to meditation and community events, Reach Yoga aims to provide a supportive environment for individuals to explore and enhance their well-being.

Cathy Mines, a certified Yoga Teacher since 2003, leads the Reach Yoga community with passion and dedication. As a Peace Ambassador, Ally, and Wellness Director, Cathy offers a range of programs and workshops to support individuals on their journey towards wellness and self-discovery.
