work, Vault, Bars, Trampoline, Beam, Tumbling, and DMT (Double Mini Trampoline). For beginners, there is no need to have a leotard or club tracksuit. Rathdrum Gymnastics Club also offers classes for Primary Schools, both in school and after school.

The club is located in the Avondale GAA Hall, just outside Rathdrum on the road towards Avoca. Training sessions are held on Saturdays from 2pm-4pm, with an additional class from 4-5 pm for competition gymnasts and trampolinists. The head coach of the club is Les, who is certified in Senior Womens, Mens Artistic Trampoline coaching, as well as being a Trampoline Judge and the Chairperson of the club.

Rathdrum Gymnastics Club welcomes boys and girls aged 6 and over to join their classes. The club is a voluntary organisation run entirely on the goodwill of the local community, with all coaches certified by Gymnastics Ireland/Coaching Ireland and Garda Vetted.

Enrolment for new members is open for the 2017/18 season, with classes available for various age groups and levels. The club also offers Summer Camps, which can be booked online. Additionally, the club has a sister club called Wicklow Gymnastics Club.
