Rainbow Ranch Equestrian Centre, located in Warren, Ontario, is a facility specializing in the breeding of quality Arabian Sports Horses. Founded by the Carr Family, Rainbow Ranch Equestrian Centre has a rich history that began in 2007 when three horses were transported from the UK to Canada. Mark Carr and his two sons, Jonathan and Steven, arrived at their new home in Warren at the same time as the horses. The property, consisting of nearly 200 acres of grazing land and woodland, presented an exciting challenge for the Carr family. With a dream to establish a top-notch horse breeding facility and equestrian centre, they set out to renovate the property and create a welcoming environment for both horses and riders.
The Carr family initially faced various challenges, including rebuilding the house, setting up stables, and dealing with setbacks such as a barn being destroyed in a windstorm. Through perseverance and dedication, Rainbow Ranch Equestrian Centre has now evolved into a successful breeding and training facility. With ten stables and loft storage, the centre is equipped to provide exceptional care for horses and offer boarding services for up to five animals.
In addition to breeding and training, Rainbow Ranch Equestrian Centre plans to introduce a trail riding and eventing business, utilizing the extensive trails on the property. The centre aims to open these events to the wider community, providing an opportunity for horse enthusiasts to experience the beauty of Warren's landscape. With a focus on quality breeding ancestry, the centre stands out with horses like Krayaan Dilmun Ma'anagy Nadeem, a descendant of pure desert Arabian lineage. Another notable horse is Franzara Bonanza Treeyews Farona, a light bay mare known for her endurance capabilities.
