Teresa Syed, the founder of Radiant Body, recognised the power of acupuncture in restoring balance to body and mind. Driven by this discovery, she established Radiant Body in the United Kingdom, creating a space where sports players and individuals alike can explore ancient healing practices.

Radiant Body empowers people to connect with their body's innate wisdom, healing and elevating themselves through Traditional Acupuncture, Astrology, Kundalini Yoga (the 'yoga of awareness'), and creative expression. These tools promote a healthy, happy lifestyle rooted in the belief that the body can heal itself.

Both acupuncture and yoga at Radiant Body align with nature's rhythms, helping individuals find inner stillness and balance. This harmony enables them to tap into their talents and embrace modern life fully.

During her acupuncture training from 2001 to 2005, Teresa Syed began practising hatha yoga and Qi Gong, deepening her awareness of Qi. In 2012, she discovered Kundalini Yoga, which transformed her practice and personal life. She developed a love for sacred chant (kirtan music), enhancing healing during acupuncture sessions.

Teresa's journey with Kundalini Yoga sparked her creativity, inspiring her to offer combined yoga and creative workshops. She saw the potential of integrating yogic techniques, like breathwork, into acupuncture treatments.

Since 2004, Teresa has witnessed the impact of modern living on people's health. She firmly believes yoga and acupuncture can support holistic well-being.
