These rooms are home to a team of experienced practitioners who offer a range of treatments, including deep tissue and relaxation massages, reiki sessions, pregnancy massages, holistic and restorative treatments, and holistic living coaching.

Meet the talented practitioners at Pure Body Yoga. Jay, the founder of Pure Body Yoga, leads classes that incorporate pranayama, meditation, asanas, and relaxation techniques to bring a sense of well-being to the body, mind, and soul. Fran, a dedicated Yin Yoga teacher, offers a unique practise that promotes wellness, peace, and relaxation.

Ann Morgan, a skilled massage therapist, specialises in deep tissue and relaxation massages, reiki treatments, and holistic living coaching. Katie practises Traditional Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage, a healing practise that focuses on restoring peace and eliminating toxins from the body. Suzi, with 25 years of experience, teaches Hatha Yoga, emphasising correct asana alignment, improved posture, strength, and flexibility. She also incorporates Pranayama, meditation, and relaxation in her sessions.

Pure Body Yoga also offers heart-centred healing sessions led by Vanessa and Steve, using ancient tones, angelic vocals, and sacred chanting to promote deep relaxation and inner healing. Janine, a career and life coach, offers immersive workshops to guide women in fulfilling their higher purpose and achieving career and life fulfilment. Kate, a specialist Pre and Postnatal Yoga teacher, provides gentle and feminine yoga classes to nourish women during pregnancy and post-birth.

Dr. Andrew Knight, a Neural Organisational Practitioner, uses the most recent developments in neuroscience to optimise wellness and improve health. He identifies and corrects faults within the nerve network to enhance overall well-being.
