Pure Awareness Yoga & Retreats is a tranquil haven nestled in the heart of Winfield, offering a unique blend of wellness experiences, glamping accommodations, and a yoga studio all set within a stunning nature preserve. The retreat centre is dedicated to helping guests relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect with themselves and nature.
Guests have the opportunity to stay in beautifully crafted log cabins and bell tents, providing a serene opportunity to immerse themselves in the natural surroundings. With 4 kilometres of forested trails, meadows, and rolling hills to explore, guests can truly connect with the beauty of the environment. Outdoor spaces and amenities are also available for guests to enjoy during their stay.
Weekly yoga classes are offered at Pure Awareness, open to all levels and held in both an open-air yoga pavilion during the warmer months and an indoor studio in the cooler seasons. With classes every Wednesday at 6pm, guests can practice with a supportive yoga community and unwind in a peaceful setting. Drop-ins are welcome for $15 per class, or guests can save with a $45 monthly pass.
Additionally, Pure Awareness hosts various wellness events which are currently on hold but will resume in the near future. Guests can look forward to exploring upcoming workshops and retreats designed to promote mindfulness, self-discovery, and personal growth.
