Join Pure Yoga Centretown Co-Owners Amber and Jen on April 19th – 21st 2024 for a full weekend reset at Bloom Holistic Retreat. A beautiful weekend of yoga and mindfulness awaits you on Loughborough Lake, in South Frontenac, just over 2 hours outside of Ottawa. Bloom Holistic Retreat offers over 600 acres of forest, a breathtaking space to practice yoga, fresh vegetarian meals and time to relax and unwind in the on-site sauna. Enjoy a blend of all of your favorite Pure offerings from Amber and Jen including Ritual, Flow, and of course, a little core work.

Getting there: You can drive, or take the train to Kingston station – it’s only a 20 minute drive north of the city. Drive time is about 2.5-3 hours from Toronto, 2 hours from Ottawa.
