With over 15 years of experience, our local and two full-time Thai trainers, who have been trained in Thailand, are dedicated to providing world-class Muay Thai training. They have competed and worked with athletes at both amateur and professional levels, ensuring that our members receive expert instruction and guidance.

Our gym facility, conveniently located off Victoria Road, Gladesville/Ryde, features 350m2 of training space. It includes a 6 x 6-metre competition-size boxing ring, over 10 boxing bags, K Brand and Raja Thai Pads, Twins Brand Focus Mitts, as well as fully equipped toilets, showers, and change rooms. With our state-of-the-art facilities, we are proud to be the premier Muay Thai facility in Sydney.

Our team of experienced coaches is dedicated to helping you succeed. Led by Head Trainer and Owner Andrew Parnham, a former professional fighter with 20 years of Muay Thai experience, our trainers are passionate about all facets of Muay Thai and have produced numerous champions. They are committed to providing you with the knowledge, skills, and motivation to reach your full potential.

In addition to Andrew, our coaching team includes Singpayak, a former multiple title holder in Thailand and WPMF World Champion; Palungchok, a former Thai circuit fighter who is still an active fighter and a scholarship recipient from the Muaythai College in Thailand; Yolanda Schmidt, a product of hard work, dedication, and PTJ Muaythai Gym, who has achieved an array of titles from around the world; and Jamie Alleyne, a current fighter with a high attention to detail and a passion for producing results.
