PTC Rowville, now known as ThreePointZero, is a fitness centre and strength training facility located in Rowville, Australia. Led by head coach and owner, Daniel America, PTC Rowville offers a wide range of fitness programmes and specialised training for individuals of all fitness levels.

At PTC Rowville, their mission is to provide the right equipment, environment, and coaching staff to help individuals achieve their sporting goals. With a focus on powerlifting and sports-specific strength training, they pride themselves on being one of the best-equipped strength and conditioning facilities in the Southern Hemisphere.

The gym boasts a variety of specialised powerlifting equipment, including 1,000 kg of IVANKO Calibrated weight plates, Texas Deadlift Bars, Texas Squat bars, and Texas Power Bars. They also have Safety Squat Bars, Cambered Bench Bars, AMFX Monolifts, Competition Bench Presses, and Deadlift platforms.

For those interested in Olympic lifting or CrossFit, PTC Rowville offers four Olympic lifting platforms, snatch boxes, squat stands, and 1,000 kg of Bumper plates. They also have functional gym machines, such as a leg press, leg extension, lat pull-down, and low row combo, as well as a cable crossover. Kettlebells up to 80 kg and dumbbells up to 60 kg are available along with other standard gym equipment.

In addition to the comprehensive equipment selection, PTC Rowville provides 1-on-1 coaching for those who seek personalised guidance. They also have a dedicated boxing area equipped with heavy bags and pads, offering boxing and kickboxing tuition. Head coach Daniel America brings over 23 years of experience in sport, health, and fitness to PTC Rowville. His background in martial arts, including achieving Black Belts in multiple disciplines, has shaped his coaching style and methodology. Starting at a young age, Daniel became passionate about boxing and kickboxing, enjoying a successful competitive career at both national and international levels.

In 2009, Daniel transitioned to powerlifting and has since competed at state and national championships, earning gold and bronze medals. He opened his first training facility, KickFit Lifestyle Solutions, in Dandenong in 2002 and continues his training ideology at PTC Rowville.

With a strong commitment to helping clients achieve their fitness goals, PTC Rowville has built a loyal clientele, with some individuals training with Daniel for over 10 years.
