These plans are available for 3 and 6-month durations, allowing students to train at their convenience without needing to book in advance. With five days' notice, students can also avail themselves of a free suspension of their training plan through the Current Students Portal.
The academy offers various discounts to make training more affordable for students. They provide a 10% concession discount on select training plans to children, secondary, TAFE, and tertiary students, as well as other eligible concession cardholders. Additionally, a 10% family discount is available for groups of three or more immediate family members. After 6 months of training, students are eligible to apply for discounted loyalty plans, which can result in savings of up to $520 per year.

Access to the facility is easy, with a driveway just beyond the intersection where Fullers Rd splits into Fullers Rd, Millwood Ave, and Range St when driving away from Chatswood. The academy conducts its training in the kiosk, located just behind the middle two tennis courts.
For those arriving by car, parking facilities are available at the Tennis World Chatswood parking lot. The academy is also accessible by public transportation, with a nearby bus stop located near the intersection.
