Fitness enthusiasts looking for an intense training experience can enrol in the Boot Camp Ultimate, a 5-day boot camp priced at 30. This rigorous programme, commencing on the 8th of January at 6:00 am, is designed to push participants to their limits and help them achieve their fitness goals.

Prokick Gym also offers a beginners sparring class every Wednesday at 7 per session, providing an opportunity for students to practise their skills in a controlled environment. Those interested can pay as they go, and the next course is scheduled to start on the 10th of January at 8:00 pm.
