Progress Gym is open 7 days a week, 364 days a year, so you can work out on your schedule. Our opening hours are Monday to Thursday from 6:00am to 9:30pm, Friday from 6:00am to 9:30pm, Saturday from 8:00am to 8:00pm, and Sunday from 8:00am to 8:00pm.
