ProActive Transformations is a fitness centre located in Abbotsford, with convenient access from Langley, Mission, and Chilliwack. The gym is run by Barry, who has been training others since 1998 and is a certified personal trainer, health coach, and nutrition expert. Jana, also a certified personal trainer and health coach, has been training others since 2000. Together, they are dedicated to helping people achieve their best body in a healthy way.
