Principal Pilates is also proud to offer specialist Moving Fascia classes since September 2021. These classes focus on restoring movement to the body by softening unnecessary tension and integrating strength. For new clients, a one to one session is recommended before attending a Moving Fascia class to ensure a safe and effective experience.

Caroline Hunt, the Pilates and Moving Fascia Instructor, has a passion for helping individuals improve their mobility and stability. With a background in public health research, she combines her scientific knowledge with hands-on instruction to deliver evidence-based and personalised classes.

To attend the classes, there is a cost of 10 per session. Principal Pilates offers a variety of class times throughout the week, both in-person and online via Zoom.
