CG Swim School offers Prenatal Aqua Yoga Classes every Monday evening at their Little Thetford pool. These classes are specially designed for pregnant women, lasting 45 minutes. What's great about these classes is that they are accredited by the Royal College of Midwives and taught by experienced and qualified Birthlight teachers.
During each session, participants can expect a wonderful blend of aqua yoga, standing, and floating exercises. The water's buoyancy provides relief from joint weight and allows for postures that may be challenging on dry land. This is especially beneficial for women experiencing backache or pelvic pain.

It's important to note that the classes are priced at £15 per week. Also, please be aware that these classes are not suitable for women with pre-eclampsia or placenta previa.
